Lumara Travel Boutique LLC

These Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) outline the relationship between Lumara Travel Boutique LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) and the client, traveler, or purchaser (“you” or “your”). By booking or planning travel services with Lumara Travel Boutique, you agree to the terms below and understand that Lumara Travel Boutique acts solely as an independent travel agency and booking agent for third-party suppliers — including airlines, cruise lines, hotels, resorts, tour operators, ground transportation, and other independent contractors (“Suppliers”).
Lumara Travel Boutique LLC does not own, operate, or control the services provided by these Suppliers. Each Supplier has its own terms, conditions, and policies that apply to your booking.
1. Client Responsibilities & Use of Our Services
By booking travel through Lumara Travel Boutique LLC, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into this Agreement and make bookings for yourself or others.
You agree that:
All information you provide is accurate and truthful.
All reservations made through us are legitimate and not speculative or fraudulent.
You will be financially responsible for all transactions made on your behalf or by members of your household or travel party.
Lumara Travel Boutique acts only as an intermediary between you and the Supplier. By booking, you agree to comply with the individual terms and conditions of each Supplier involved in your trip.
We are not responsible for any travel components you arrange independently of Lumara Travel Boutique — including flights, accommodations, or excursions booked elsewhere. If you choose to make your own arrangements, any schedule changes, missed connections, or delays are your sole responsibility.
2. Payments, Deposits & Booking Changes
A. Deposits and Payments
A deposit or full payment may be required at the time of booking based on the Supplier’s policies. Payment schedules and methods will be outlined by your Lumara Travel Boutique advisor.
Some advisors may charge a non-refundable planning or consultation fee for their professional services. This fee is separate from Supplier payments and is retained by Lumara Travel Boutique regardless of travel completion.
B. Final Payments
Final payment dates are determined by the Supplier and must be received on time to avoid cancellation. Missed payments may result in automatic cancellation and loss of all funds paid to date.
C. Price & Availability
All pricing and availability are subject to change until your booking is confirmed and paid in full. We cannot guarantee rates or space prior to that time.
D. Cancellations & Refunds
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to your Lumara Travel Boutique advisor.
Refunds, if any, will be governed by the Supplier’s policies. Many travel purchases are non-refundable once paid.
Lumara Travel Boutique may also assess a non-refundable administrative cancellation fee to cover time, processing, and lost commission. This fee is separate from Supplier-imposed penalties.
Travel insurance premiums, if purchased, are non-refundable once issued.
E. Changes to Bookings
If you wish to make changes after booking, we’ll do our best to assist, but changes may incur fees and are subject to availability. Not all bookings are changeable.
You are responsible for any increase in cost, change fees, or penalties imposed by the Supplier.
3. Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance for every trip. Travel insurance protects against trip cancellations, interruptions, medical emergencies, delays, or lost luggage.
Declining travel insurance means you accept full financial responsibility for any loss or expense that may occur before or during your trip.
Lumara Travel Boutique and its advisors are not responsible for denied claims or coverage limitations imposed by the insurance provider.
4. Client Responsibilities & Documentation
You are responsible for ensuring that all travelers have the required passports, visas, vaccinations, and travel documents for your destination.
Failure to present valid documentation may result in denied boarding or entry, and Lumara Travel Boutique is not liable for related losses, fines, or expenses.
You are also responsible for reviewing and understanding all entry and health requirements for your destination, including COVID-19 or other medical regulations, prior to travel.
5. Travel Risks, Health & Safety
Travel inherently carries risks, including illness, injury, or unforeseen events beyond anyone’s control. By booking with Lumara Travel Boutique, you acknowledge and accept these risks.

Lumara Travel Boutique is not liable for any damages, losses, or injuries related to travel to or within your chosen destination.
6. Air Travel
When flights are booked through Lumara Travel Boutique, your ticket serves as a contract between you and the airline. We do not control airline schedules, delays, cancellations, or seating arrangements.
Airlines may change or cancel flights at their discretion. We will assist when possible, but any financial responsibility for rebooking, delays, or missed connections lies with you and the airline.
Frequent flyer miles, upgrades, or seat assignments are not guaranteed and are subject to the airline’s terms.
7. Limitation of Liability & Force Majeure
Lumara Travel Boutique LLC acts solely as a booking agent and is not responsible for the acts, errors, omissions, or negligence of Suppliers or their employees.
We are not liable for injury, damage, loss, delay, or expense arising from:
Acts of God, natural disasters, or pandemics
Strikes or labor disputes
War, terrorism, or political unrest
Supplier insolvency or service failure
Government actions, health advisories, or border closures
Our liability, in any case, is limited to the amount of service fees or commission actually received by Lumara Travel Boutique LLC.
8. Client Conduct
You agree to act respectfully toward Suppliers, staff, and fellow travelers.
You are responsible for any damage or loss caused by your actions. If your behavior is deemed unsafe or disruptive, Lumara Travel Boutique or the Supplier reserves the right to terminate services without refund.
Illegal activity, including possession or transportation of prohibited substances, will result in immediate termination of services.
9. Reservation Management
All bookings made through Lumara Travel Boutique LLC remain under our management until completion or cancellation.
Clients may not transfer ownership of reservations or contact Suppliers directly to modify or assume control of bookings made by Lumara Travel Boutique.
If you choose to rebook or modify directly with a Supplier, you may forfeit any agency support, and agency cancellation fees may still apply.
10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any claims or disputes arising from your booking must be filed within one (1) year of your trip’s completion.
No punitive damages may be sought. Claims must be made individually, not as part of a class action.
11. Updates to These Terms
Lumara Travel Boutique LLC reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. The most recent version will always be available on our website, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
12. Acceptance of Terms
By submitting payment or booking travel services through Lumara Travel Boutique LLC, you:
Confirm you are the authorized cardholder;
Acknowledge you have reviewed these Terms & Conditions and any applicable Supplier policies;
Understand that cancellation penalties may apply and that travel insurance, if purchased, is non-refundable.
Processing times and charges may vary depending on the Supplier. Should any issues arise, your Lumara Travel Boutique advisor will contact you directly.
